What you will do

Kpler is growing fast! We need a Global Talent Acquisition Lead to take recruitment to the next level! From building our employer brand and developing the candidate experience, defining sourcing strategies and identifying & closing top talents to tracking & reporting on recruitment efficiencies and metrics, you will be responsible for all things recruitment at Kpler!

Here are some of the things, we expect you’ll do:

  • Define, build and enhance Kpler’s brand and candidate experience
  • Identify efficient sourcing strategies & channels and host recruiting events as necessary
  • Become a true business partner to our hiring managers: you will become an expert in their markets, build and maintain talent pools that meet their needs and bring your experience and data to hire faster than lightning speed.
  • Build and manage relationships with passive and active candidates: you’ll get to know and understand their motivations and strenghts, you’ll get them excited about Kpler and ensure that they have the candidate experience that makes them want to join our family!
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Track and monitor key metrics, report on recruiting efficiency

What we are looking for


  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, including experience hiring in tech, sales or commodities/energy
  • Experience hiring across different regions and industries, preferably in high growth companies


  • The ability to source candidates like no one else and an eye for untapped talent
  • Strong business acumen, a strategic and sales mindset
  • Data driven approach

Bonus points:

  • You speak French
  • You have worked in two or more regions (APAC, Europe, MEA, Americas)

This role may be based in Paris or London
