What you will do


Kpler is looking for a Devops (aka Site Reliability Engineer at fancy places) in charge of our real-time platform operations and infusing devops culture.

We believe in the mantra “You build it, you run it”, that’s why in addition to monitor our real time platform, your focus will be to enhance the processes and tools that help the developers to code fast, test fast and deploy continuously


Design and implement monitoring and alerting systems and processes
Design and implement deployment tools and processes for testing and production
Educate the team on devops culture
Contribute to the overall architecture

For example, you will help us leverage our CI system and remove some of the devs pain to create a testing environment in one command line.

What we are looking for


Like to work in a fast moving environment, managing a real-time 24/24 7/7 platform
Good knowledge : AWS, Heroku
Good knowledge : bash, configuration management (Ansible, Salt, Puppet, Chef)
Knowledge : SQL (PostgreSQL), ElasticSearch, python
Pluses : Play2, Scala
At least 4 years of experience
Ideally with a first experience in start up
There are 10 different nationalities at Kpler, you must be able to interact with all team members in functional English
Personal qualities :

Open-minded, you are ready to understand our specific business issues
